Our velvet thigh bands are the ideal complement to our Josepha garter belt: you can simply wear them instead of stockings and clip them into the garter belt. This not only looks particularly pretty, but is also - especially in summer - a great way to wear garter belts without stockings!
Our thigh bands are made of soft velvet rubber with sewn-on lace trim - the same band can also be found on the Anna bralette, Karenina panties and Josepha garter belt in white. The straps do not require silicone, but simply hold due to the elasticity of the rubber. That's definitely an option: the straps can also be worn in combination with panties and/or bralette and add that certain something even without a garter belt.
We manufacture our thigh bands in sizes
XS - 45cm (for thigh circumferences of 45-50cm great), S - 50cm (for thigh circumferences of 50-55cm great), M - 55cm (for thigh circumferences of 55-60cm great) L - 60cm (for thigh circumferences of 60-65cm great)
Other sizes are of course possible, but it's best to contact us by email.
We recommend putting our laundry in a laundry bag so that the lace cannot get caught anywhere in the machine or on other items of laundry. Of course, the more carefully you wash the laundry, the nicer it will be, ideally only at 30 degrees on a delicate wash. It would also be important to avoid fabric softeners and detergents that contain bleach, as bleach attacks the elastane fibers. Otherwise, the laundry is very easy to care for - because we want to make favorite laundry that you'll enjoy wearing every day, and simple care is essential for that. <3
Handwork at the highest level
There is a part of us in every piece of laundry
Each piece of laundry was sewn with a lot of love and conscientiousness either by us, Victoria and Elisabeth, or by one of our seven great employees Mira, Monika, Rosi, Lea, Julia, Sascha and Sabrina.
You can see that in the result - and you can feel it too
Consciously sustainable sourcing
Because fair fashion begins with the materials
We obtain all our materials from overproduction and "leftovers" from the European luxury fashion industry, "rescued tips" so to speak.
We also purchase lace, rubber straps, etc. from various traditional companies, mostly from Germany and Italy.
Since 2021, almost all newly produced lace and swimwear have been made from recycled fibers.
