Dotti Swimsuit - Ultramarine

Our bathing suit Dotti is not only incredibly comfortable to wear but also visually unique: the super deep back and the wide underbust band combined with the stunning ultramarine color make Dotti a true eye-catcher. The soft swimsuit fabric stretches beautifully, making Dotti a great fit for heights at least between 1.55 and 1.85 meters – we've tested it! :)

A special feature of Dotti is its very supportive top part: the top is double-layered and has wide straps that sit very comfortably on your shoulders. The underbust band can be tied in the back as tightly or loosely as  you wish, making Dotti feel very supportive around you chest. For a visually exciting twist however, Dotti has a deep cut-out in the back.

The lower part of the swimsuit is made from one layer of fabric, except for a double-layered gusset in the crotch. All the edges are finished with a thin, soft elastic. This makes Dotti light to wear and quick-drying.

The fabric for Dotti is recycled, which means it is made from reprocessed plastic waste that was fished from the ocean and then further processed into fabrics.

Our swimwear can easily be washed in the washing machine; we recommend a delicate wash at 30 degrees. It would also be important to avoid fabric softeners and detergents that contain bleach, as bleach attacks the elastane fibers.

Otherwise, we recommend rinsing your swimwear well with clean water after going into the water or in the evening after a day of swimming, as this means that chlorine and salt water residues are easily removed and cannot attack the items any further - and they stay beautiful for longer < 3.

All our swimwear fabrics are made from recycled Ecoyarn, a fiber produced from old plastic bottles. Our Spanish fabric manufacturer has been a pioneer in sustainable material production for years and is distinguished by water conservation, short supply chains, and the use of clean energy in production.

Because we are frequently asked: Wherever possible, we gladly use natural materials, but for swimwear, it is unfortunately not feasible due to the material requirements, as saltwater and chlorine resistance are paramount. Our solution is that our fabrics give ocean plastic waste a new life by being processed into textile fibers. Good for the ocean, the environment, the climate – and we are happy about it too!
