We at körbchen definitely see ourselves as "slow fashion", which means we strongly support the concept of "buy less, choose well" as Vivienne Westwood put it so beautifully. The basic prerequisite for this is that the items of lingerie are of course of appropriate quality and durability so that you can wear them for a long time.
A körbchen piece of laundry is designed to accompany you for a long time and to be used often and with pleasure. That's why we only use the highest quality materials and process the linen accordingly - since we manufacture all our pieces directly in our own workshop in Vienna, we can also influence this directly.
Another advantage of having our own workshop is that we can easily repair our own pieces, in case something breaks. That means if, for example, after a few years the straps have lost elastane, a hole has appeared in the lace, the underbust elastic has become a bit too wide... we can fix it in no time at all and thus give the pieces an even longer lifespan.
In general, it is very important to us that our lingerie items are worn with pleasure and do not spend a sad existence in the furthest corner of a wardrobe - that means we are happy if you contact us if something is not to your satisfaction with a körbchen piece. As I said, we can fix a lot of problems and "signs of aging" very quickly and give the pieces a new life <3
