We manufacture our thigh bands in standard sizes S, M and L, which in most cases is the same as the panty size.
As a small additional guide, here are the dimensions of our thigh bands:
S - 45cm (great for thigh circumferences of 50-55cm)
M - 50cm (great for thigh circumferences of 55-60cm)
L - 65cm (great for thigh circumferences of 60-65cm)
